Frequently asked questions
How long does implementation take?
Between 6 and 8 weeks for the basic option (Layer 2: Monitoring with connected dashboards). If you also need Layer 1 (SOP Digitalization) or Layer 3 (Alerts and automation), the time may extend to 10-12 weeks. Everything depends on the complexity of your data sources.
Do we need to modify our SAP or current system?
No. Our architecture is 100% non-invasive. We connect in read-only mode to your database or work with scheduled exports. This avoids stability risks and doesn't require approval from the system provider.
What happens if we want to change providers in the future?
Your data is completely exportable (CSV, JSON). Grafana is open source, you can continue using it without us. We give you a 3-month transition period with full support if you decide to change.
Is patient data protected according to GDPR?
Yes. 100% infrastructure on EU servers (Germany), end-to-end encryption, full GDPR compliance. We sign DPA (Data Processing Agreement) with all clients. Dashboards can be configured to show only anonymized IDs if necessary.
